FAQ

Do you work with early-stage companies or only established brands? +

Both. The Diagnostic works well for early-stage brands who need a roadmap before scaling spend. The Execution and Fractional tiers are better suited for companies already investing in paid media. The discovery call is the right place to figure out what makes sense for your stage.

How is Digital DNA different from an agency? +

When you hire an agency, you get an account manager who manages the relationship, and a junior media buyer who manages your campaigns. With Digital DNA, you get one senior person — me — doing both. No handoffs, no account management layer, no "I'll ask the team." Direct access, direct accountability.

What platforms do you specialize in? +

Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic display. For B2B clients, LinkedIn and Google tend to be the primary channels. For D2C, Meta and Google Shopping. I follow the customer, not the platform preference.

Do you guarantee results? +

No — and anyone who does is either lying or has a very unusual contract structure. What I can guarantee: transparent reporting, honest communication when things aren't working, and a strategic approach grounded in your actual unit economics. The case studies speak for themselves.
